실제 최근 사례 입니다.

인천지법 형사12단독(김성은 판사)는 25일(도로교통법상 음주측정거부)혐의로 기소된 A씨(33)에게 벌금 500만원을 선고했다.

신고를 받고 출동한 경찰이 지하주차장에서 킥보드를 타고 있던 A씨를 음주측정하려 했으나 거부, 그 이후 은폐시도까지 하다가 500만원 선고되었습니다.
